Habitat For Humanity ReStore
Best Store For Used Furniture and Home Improvement
The ReStore is Dorchester Habitat for Humanity’s home improvement outlet where you’ll discover something new and used every day. We are open to the public 6 days a week to offer affordable housing solutions.
The ReStore accepts donated new and used furniture, building materials, appliances, lighting fixtures, and other home goods, and we sell them to raise money for building homes.

Our shoppers are some of the most creative on the planet. We love how they re-think, re-imagine, and re-invent
with used materials. We are also home to some of the most amazing volunteers! When you volunteer at the ReStore, your efforts help build homes and hope in our community. ReStore volunteers help customers, organize and price inventory, repair donated items, and more. Find out how you can join our team.
What is the Habitat for Humanity ReStore?
Dorchester Habitat for Humanity provides individuals and businesses an effective method to donate and purchase new and gently used household goods and building materials. Proceeds generated from the sale of donated items help families seeking decent, affordable housing in Dorchester County.
Collectively, Americans dump more than 250 million tons of material, much of it recyclable. By donating to the ReStore you become part of the solution to reducing fossil fuel consumption and minimizing landfills in your backyard while giving families the opportunity for first-time homeownership. Your donation is tax-deductible.
